Exciting news…We started the week off with a bang by closing on nine homes, two more closings took place yesterday (Tuesday) and another one is scheduled for today (Wednesday). By the end of the week, we are anticipating having had more than 15 successful closings. Move-ins of the first “official” homeowners started on Monday and will continue throughout the week. The building has been buzzing with excitement as the management offices have now taken residence on the first floor of River House, the security and concierge teams are set in place and moving trucks are arriving at the loading docks daily. The time has come and we are so honored to have been a part of this journey and are truly proud of the beautiful building that has redefined the Grand Rapids skyline.
