Why Buy at River House?

We recently had the privilege of meeting Peter - then prospect - now homeowner. His overwhelming enthusiasm about River House was so contagious - we just had to share his comments.
"We're pleased (thrilled) to become residents at River House. I had worried that all of our friends in New York City, and in rural Massachusetts as well, would think we'd gone crazy, but the reaction to the unit plans and the photos I've emailed friends has been very enthusiastic. All seem to agree we've made a wise decision and many (these are people who would never set foot west of the Hudson River) are quite surprised at how sophisticated Grand Rapids looks. If River House were advertised in the New York Times there would be a major exodus out of Manhattan.We're really looking forward to August 24!
