Pool Party!Tuesday, January 20, 2009It's official. The pool and hot tub area are ready for use. We are so excited to offer this fun and relaxing amenity to our homeowners. The pool area is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This area is the perfect complement to the existing fitness center and locker rooms. Beat the winter blahs and jump in!

The excitement continues...Monday, January 12, 2009The grand opening of the pool is right around the corner! It's shaping up to be yet another fantastic amenity offered to homeowners here at River House. The pool area and hot tub will complement the now-completed fitness center and men's/women's locker rooms. It is slated to open Friday, the 16th. Pool party, anyone?

Happy New YearMonday, January 5, 2009As we again reflect on the past year and anticipate 2009, we are very grateful for the people that have contributed to this fantastic project. The River House team, the contractor and sub contractors are an amazing asset to not only River House but to West Michigan. Many thanks to those who made 2008 a successful year and to those who will be instrumental to the success of 2009.
